We use non-bleached and non-bromated flour from regenerative farmers. We shred Grande cheese in-house creating a special blend. We select not from concentrate hand-picked tomatoes from California and mix in fresh herbs for our signature red sauce. We also pickle our own jalapeños, cut and core fresh pineapple, and make all sauces and dressings from scratch. Our award-winning key lime pie is made from the ground up and is incredible.
