Our custom New York water filtration system replicates the exact mineral balance found in NYC’s famous tap water, giving our dough that unmistakable flavor and texture. The result? Every bite captures the same authentic taste and texture that fresh artisan pizza lovers know and crave.
2. THEN THE FLOUR.
Flour should be nothing but grain. That’s why we’ve left behind bleached and bromated flours and use only grains grown on regenerative farms — pure, wholesome, and better foundation for pizza.
3. NEXT THE CHEESE.
We never use pre-blended cheese. Our Grande cheese is shredded in-house and carefully blended to create a creamy, rich mix that elevates every fresh artisan pizza we make.
4. THE TOMATOES.
Every tomato we use is handpicked in California—not that “from concentrate” nonsense. Our basil, oregano, parsley, and other herbs are always fresh, never frozen, giving our pizzas an irresistible fragrance and flavor.
5. OUR SAUCES AND DRESSINGS.
All of our sauces and dressings are made in-house — from our signature red sauce to our rich, creamy dressings. A homemade flavor you can only get from ingredients crafted with care.
